When The Riviera, a 160,200 square-foot building, opens in S. Oakland in the spring of 2020, its lobby will house a full fitness center with locker rooms and showers, meeting spaces, gaming areas and garage doors that open onto a patio with outdoor seating and views of the riverfront. The top floor of the six-story office complex at the Pittsburgh Technology Center will include shared conference rooms, event space and an outdoor penthouse patio.
Ruby Scalo, leasing specialist with Burns Scalo Real Estate (BSRE), says there is a significant amount of interest in the building. The first tenant to sign on is de Fer Coffee & Tea, which will set up its second Pittsburgh location in the lobby.
